Catherine is an MFT Intern #62308 who has recently begun a new private practice internship located at 2620 J Street, Sacramento. Her intern experiences include Sacramento Kaiser Hospice, The White House Counseling Center in Carmichael, and The University of the Pacific Campus Student Counseling Center in Stockton. Catherine taught science in the Elk Grove Unified School District prior to becoming a therapist, and has two children ages 15 and 20. Catherine believes that well-being is dependent on the interplay of mind, body, and spirit, and she strives to integrate the natural world, physical movement, humor, and spirituality into her therapeutic repertoire whenever possible.
